Risk-on regime with strong momentum in mega-cap tech. SPY and MSFT are extremely overbought (RSI 77/86), signaling froth. NVDA (my holding) has strong momentum (ret_10 +16%) with a still-reasonable RSI of 64, leaving room to run. AAPL is deeply oversold (RSI 30, -8% over 10d, dip 10%) with a high value score, an attractive mean-reversion setup.
Small $1k account. I keep the winning NVDA position, add a modest AAPL oversold-value bounce play, and avoid chasing the parabolic MSFT/SPY. Retain meaningful cash given overbought breadth risk.
